1. How does CEO Motorsports find the exact car I order?

From our Atlanta location, we have established very strong ties with the local automotive market, as well as the national market. In many cases, we have first access to new and preowned vehicles before they’re available to the general public. We will search many sources, including dealer overstock items and former lease vehicles, to find the perfect car for you.

2. How does CEO Motorsports find such great deals?

We are able to leverage our status as an independent auto finding service to negotiate the best deals with the best dealers nationwide, regardless of corporate affiliation. Because we have such strong expertise and reputation in the automotive industry, we are able to find your perfect car for thousands below Kelly Blue Book retail value, often very near wholesale price.


3. How long will this process take?

From the time you complete our Build Your Own Vehicle online order form, you can expect to have the keys to your perfect car in your hands within two weeks.


4. How much money do I have to pay up front, and is it refundable?

A $400 deposit, payable at time of order, is applied to your vehicle’s purchase price. Considerable time and energy goes into finding your perfect car, so a deposit establishes your intent to move forward with the deal. It is also fully refundable in the rare event that we are unable to locate a car to match your exact specifications.


5. Can CEO Motorsports order my new vehicle from the factory?

This is absolutely possible, and is actually a more cost-effective method in most cases. We have an extensive network of contacts, and will be happy to arrange a factory-ordered vehicle for you.


6. Will I miss out on dealer incentives, rebates, and other special offers?

CEO Motorsports is able to take advantage of every dealer’s special advertised to consumers, as well as unadvertised “behind the scenes” incentives. We take advantage of every discount and special offer as we get your price as close to wholesale as possible.


7. Does CEO Motorsports accept trade-ins?

CEO Motorsports will be happy to assist with any vehicle trade-in.


8. Are vehicle warranties and CARFAX reports available?

Most vehicles CEO Motorsports acquires are still under manufacturer’s warranty. However, if such is not the case, warranties are typically able to be arranged. CARFAX reports are available on all vehicles upon request.


9. Does CEO Motorsports deliver, or will I have to pick up the vehicle?

CEO Motorsports is pleased to deliver your vehicle, in keeping with our full-service business philosophy.


10. What is included in the CEO Motorsports purchase price?

Delivery is included in your vehicle’s purchase price, which is guaranteed to be the absolute best value available. Standard vehicle transfer fees are not included in your purchase price, however. These include taxes, tags, title, and any optional upgrades, warranties or accessories.


11. Is my vehicle guaranteed?

Our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free auto buying experience at the lowest possible price. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will promptly refund your deposit in full.


12. Can I browse the showroom and/or speak with a service representative?

Because we are a full-service, custom automotive search firm, we do not maintain an inventory showroom. You can visit our office to speak with one of our service professionals and place your order. You can also have your vehicle delivered to our office for pickup.
